Many organizations have found that managing the look and feel of a SharePoint implementation is a confusing and complex endeavor. The purpose of our SharePoint 2007 Look and Feel Engagements is to create a Master Page design and integration that will meet the organizations requirements and leverage Microsoft and DataLan standards and best practices.  DataLan offers three service packages based on the complexity of customer requirements:

Corporate Branding Package:

For customers who have simple design requirements for look and feel beyond corporate standards.  DataLan will apply the customers corporate branding (logo, graphics, colors, and fonts) and customize one of our catalogue of pre-designed look and feel models and  integrate the Master Page into the customer’s environment.

Look and Feel Design:

For customers who have specific requirements for look and feel beyond corporate standards and wish to provide their own graphic design resources.  DataLan will work with the customer through discovery and review meetings and professional consultation to determine a final design treatment and a Master Page which will then be integrated into the customer’s environment. (The client must be able to provide design as HTML generated as web pages mimicking the desired look and feel, graphics needed for the creation of the design, and an image of the design that lists color codes for backgrounds and fonts and font styles.)  

Look and Feel Design with Graphic Design:

For customers who have specific requirements for look and feel beyond corporate standards and also want graphic design resources.  DataLan will work with the customer through discovery and review meetings and professional consultation to determine a final design treatment and a Master Page which will then be integrated into the customer’s environment.
