Application Solution Developers – Application Solution Developers develop software solutions for our clients including: designing programming specifications, customizing and integrating applications, develop and maintain proprietary software programs, test, debug and install applications, and assist in the training of clients. Candidates should have experience in the development/maintenance of multi-user database systems, and experience in using one or more of the following: Visual Studio .NET 2003/2005 (VB.NET or C#), SharePoint 2003/2007, SQL Server 2000/2005, HTML, JavaScript, XML, Office 2003/2007 including InfoPath, and the Rational Unified Process. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline is preferred and experience required varies from 1 to 5+ years.

Business Analysts – Business Analysts analyze enterprise-wide solutions and develop business within existing clients. Analysts are the primary client contact responsible for performing requirement analysis, developing functional specifications, and leading and/or participating in implementation of installations. Qualified candidates have architectural technical knowledge of software systems or networks, a track record of managing or implementing projects on time/budget and have strong client liaison skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline is preferred. Years of experience required vary from 3 to 5+ years.

Data Warehouse Developers - Data Warehouse Developers need to have strong dimensional modeling background, experience with Data Warehouse and/or system development methodology and 2+ years experience in the design and development of Data Warehouses and Data Marts. Candidates should have hands on experience using ETL tools, 2+ years experience in using Oracle, SQL Server, 2+ years using an OLAP tool plus reporting (Crystal Reports, Business Objects, Reporting Services or Cognos) and be able to demonstrate a competence in understanding and utilizing Web technologies. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline is preferred and experience required varies from 2 to 5+ years.

Network Engineers – Network Engineers are responsible for designing and integrating systems for external clients. Primary responsibilities include: analysis, design, and implementation of cutting edge LAN/WAN technologies. Qualified candidates will have at least 3+ years experience in the Network Engineering field and knowledge of the following technologies: Windows 2000/2003, Active Directory, Citrix MetaFrame, Exchange 2000/2003, and RSA. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline is preferred.

Project Managers - Project Managers plan and execute projects for external clients. Primary responsibilities include planning, executing, and controlling projects while remaining attuned to cost, scope, schedule and risk management, analyzing customer requirements, developing functional and detailed programming specifications and assisting in end-user training. Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager leading teams in client-server and/or web development environments. PMI certification and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline is preferred and experience with Visual Basic, Visual Studio, .NET and SQL Server is a plus.

Sales Representatives - This is an excellent opportunity for a creative person who enjoys working in a collaborative environment. Candidates should be self-starters and have an excellent record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas. Qualified candidates will possess several years experience selling consulting and IT solutions to senior business decision makers and have experience with emerging technologies. Knowledge of Solution Selling™ or other consultative selling methodologies is a plus. Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills and the ability to analyze business process is required. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business or a related discipline is preferred.

Sales Representatives (inside) - Inside Sales Representatives communicate the features and benefits of high-end software solutions via telephone and are responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing opportunities. Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of telesales experience in a technology, service, or sales related environment. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
