The company wanted to leverage their investment in Microsoft technology to centralize management of collaboration and web content management (intranet, internet, and extranet). In addition, they wanted to provide their Board of Trustees a better way to get visibility and insight into the activities of the organization and performance of over fifty investment programs.

DataLan designed and deployed a global SharePoint infrastructure to support all corporate websites with a common look and feel, navigation control, and management tools, developed a plan for content migration from the existing sites and assisted in the migration, and developed an extranet for the board with secure access to confidential financial information.
